Buyer Agrees
: That this puppy/dog will live inside only, Be properly taken care of , Fed a Quality Large Breed Puppy food, And Always properly fenced and supervised when outside. Buyer understands that He/She is purchasing a Breed of Dog that is known to be Protection dog and accepts full responsibility/Liability for the animals actions once it leaves seller property, Including but not limited to all Veterinary, Medical, Maintenance, Shipping to & from the Kennel, Training and general health care after it leaves our property.
12 Month Health Guarantee
: If your puppy develops a genetic defect that renders him/her to be unsuitable as a companion within one years of age, Return him/her to us with the AKC registration Papers ( AKC Papers much be current ) And this puppy will be replaced with a puppy of the same sex and value from our next available litter. A statement of Genetic defect will be required in writing from a Licensed Vet Within 10 days of the report. Along with all records of said defect and finding. If the defect is hip or Elbow dysphasia, Timberview Dobermans requires that x rays be evaluated by the Orthopedic Foundation of Animals. If dysphasia is the result of abuse, Neglect, Poor Nutrition, Injury or accident, This contract will be Invalidated. If you are not happy with your puppy for any reason return him/her to out Kennel within 10 days and we will replace him/her with a puppy of the same sex and value from our next litter.. You Understand that your Timberview puppy is not to be sold or givin away and must be sent back to Timberview Dobermans unless other arrangments have been made in writing.
Buyer Understands
:Deposits are non-refundable & That the puppy/Dog is NEVER to be taken to the Pound or Shelter! The replacement guarantee is for the original buyer only and is non transferable.
Buyer agrees that puppies sold as pets are sold with a Limited Registration & are to be spayed/neutered by the age of 11 months.
Buyer Understands:
That all Females sold with Breeding Rights are not to be bred or have anymore then one litter a year and no more then 3 Litters in the dogs life time.
By affixing his/her signature below, Purchaser understands and agrees that he/she FULLY understands this contract and agrees with all of the stipulations presented in this contract. Any Breach of this contract will result in a fine of $2000.00 Payable to the seller & the return of the Puppy/ Dog within 30 days of said breach. This contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of West Virginia. In the County of Kanawha. It is agreed that Litigation ( If Any ) from this sale or Replacement will be resolved in kanawha County , West Virginia under the West Virginia law .
